Housing in new towns with tea houses and gardens.

A plan for a house adjacent to a clinic in a new town. The front of the building is surrounded by a wall to ensure privacy and noise. To reduce the sense of closure caused by the wall, patterns and openings were created on the wall and exterior walls.
Inside the building, the client's hobbies were taken into consideration, such as a tea ceremony room and a garden, to provide a rich lifestyle in the new town.
